Staff development
The group will seek to develop its personnel and promote individuals to higher levels of responsibility from within wherever possible. Specifically, the group will seek to address the staff demands of new developments by balancing the recruitment of new employees at entry-level positions with secondments or transfers of existing personnel.
To facilitate staff retention and motivation, the group has implemented a performance appraisal system for staff at all levels to enable management to provide personnel with feedback to develop their career potential and to enable personnel to get involved in setting their own performance objectives. Each member of staff also has an individual training programme which is monitored and completed by line managers. The group is currently undergoing creditation for Investors in People.
